Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Store Manager to join our team fun and vibrant team. Ideal candidates for the FULL TIME STORE MANAGER position should have the following characteristics and qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of total retail management experience with a proven, successful track record in a Guest centric business, preferably in specialty retail
  • An exceptional record of leading and developing a high energy, passionate team
  • Sales focused while engaging Guests in creating a fun, memorable experience
  • Passionate, ambitious and success oriented and a model of professional and personal integrity
  • Accountable for results; takes pride and ownership of store operations
  • Attention to detail; plan full and organised while being flexible and adaptable in our fast paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent; university degree is a plus.

The Sales Lead is a role model bear builder that supports the store management team by effectively performing the responsibilities of a Leader on Duty by creating an Experience First® culture and enhancing the customer’s experience while achieving the store sales goals. The Role

SEASONAL Temp Sales Assistants (Bear Builder)

  • 3 months contract starting first week of October and ending first week of January 2023.
  • Minimum of 4 hours contract per week being able to flex up to 20+ hours per week over the holiday period where required.
  • Day shift, evening & weekend shifts availability.

Sales Assistant (Bear Builder) associates are fun, genuine, and team-oriented individuals who contribute to store sales and Guest satisfaction goals by providing Experience First® service to individual and groups of Guests.

Providing Experience First® service includes, but is not limited to:

  • Welcoming all guests to our stores, with high levels of energy and engagement. Invite potential guests to come in and learn about the store.
  • Welcome all guests always with a smile. Making connections with our guests, understanding their needs and explaining the process of making a bear.
  • Assisting with choosing, stuffing, dressing, naming, and purchasing their new furry friends while maintaining store visual and housekeeping standards.
  • Hosting parties.
