We’ve made it easy and convenient to collect your online order at the Workshop! Fill your cart with The Stuff You Love, then simply choose the “Click & Collect” option at checkout and select your Workshop. Most orders are ready the same or next day.
Tip: You can check Workshop availability while you browse within each product page.

You will receive a Ready to Collect email when your order is ready for you. Please wait for this email before heading to the Workshop. Most orders are ready the same or next day. Your email will include all the information you need to collect your order!

When you arrive at the Workshop, simply let any Bear Builder associate know you’re collecting your online order. Please have your Ready to Collect email available to show our store associates. They will need to confirm the order number to bring you your items.

Anyone that has the Ready to Collect email with your order number can collect at the Workshop. Just forward or share a screenshot of your Ready to Collect email if someone else will be collecting your order for you.

We will hold your Click & Collect order for 7 days. Please collect your order within 7 days of receiving your Ready to Collect email to avoid order cancellation. If you cannot make it to the Workshop within 7 days, our Bear Builders will be happy to give you extra time to collect your order. Simply contact your local Workshop that is holding your Click & Collect order to make arrangements.

Product availability may vary by location. Not all items shown online are available in stores. This includes (but isn’t limited to) online exclusive furry friends. The best way to check if an item might be available for Click & Collect is by setting your preferred Workshop here. As you shop, you can see availability within product shopping pages. You can also contact your local Workshop if you have any specific product availability questions.

We can only offer one method per order at this time. Please select either Click & Collect or a shipping option for all items in your order.

A pending authorization is placed on your credit card at time of order, but the charge will only be completed once the order is made and ready to collect.

Yes, you may cancel your Click & Collect order by contacting your local Workshop. You can find the phone number for your local Workshop here. If you don’t call to cancel your order or don’t collect it within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.

Orders cannot be modified after being placed. However, you can always place an additional order for Click & Collect. You may also contact your local Workshop to confirm item availability in-store and may purchase the item(s) separately when you arrive at the Workshop to collect your order.
