A: Each group will be given a Spring Surprise Scratch & Match card and all of the furry friends made in that purchase will be able to receive the same free gift.

A: The promotion period starts on 12 April and lasts through close of business on 28 April at participating Build-A-Bear Workshop locations.

Free gift with purchase (the “Offer”). In-store exclusive only: Available only at participating stores while supplies last. Purchase a furry friend at Build-A-Bear Workshop from 12 April 2019 through 28 April 2019 and redeem one (1) scratch-off card for each furry friend purchased at regular price. Gently scratch off the silver concealment device on your scratch-off with a coin to reveal your free gift. Prior purchases, gift cards and online purchases do not qualify. Not valid on a Build-A-Party. Not valid with any other offer, including Count Your Candles offer. In the event of any unforeseen circumstances Build-A-Bear Workshop reserves the right to substitute any Free Gift for an alternate gift. Free Gift has no cash-back value and cannot be substituted or exchanged. Free Gift must be claimed at time of purchase only. All scratch-off claim cards must be voided by the store associate upon claiming free gift and will only be returned for bounceback use. Void where prohibited. Build-A-Bear Workshop reserves the right to cancel or modify the Offer at any time in the event of fraud or if technical or other issues arise and its decisions on all matters related to this Offer are final and binding.
