How much does a Build-A-Party® at Build-A-Bear Workshop® cost?
You set the price of your party for 6 or more starting at only £8 per Guest! The party leader will confirm your price per Guest and ensure that each Guest has a great time while staying within the price level that you choose! Your Guests can select an undressed animal priced £8 – £18 and choose optional outfits and accessories (additional £2-£12) to personalise it even more! You only pay for the furry friends and fashions your Guests take home - no additional party fees!
When you book a party, we do require a deposit to reserve the date. The deposit is applied to the cost of your party on the day of your visit. Credit cards for booking on-line and booking by phone. Parties may be cancelled 24-hours prior to the party date for a full refund or the deposit may be applied to another date if you choose.

How do I book a party?
Book online using our Party Scheduler, visit the store or call 0800 542 0635.
Information to have ready when scheduling:
• Contact name, address & phone number
• Guest of Honour name and age
• Preferred party date & time, plus alternate date & time
• Number of party Guests you are inviting
• Price per Guest or name of selected animal (click here to see a list of furry friends)
• Deposit to reserve party date (credit cards for booking on-line, when booking by phone or at a store)
By using your confirmation number, you can make changes to your party with our on-line Party Scheduler up to 2 weeks prior to the date. For additional changes please call the store where your Build-A-Party is booked.
How many Guests do I need and how long will my party take?
6 or more Guests are required for a booked Build-A-Party®. If you would like to book a party with more than 19 Guests, please call your local store, so that we may make special arrangements. Parties typically range from 1 to 1½ hours. This is only an estimate. The length of the party will depend on the number and age of Guests and additional activity in the store at the time of your visit. After booking, if the number of party Guests increases or decreases by 5 or more, please call and let us know as far in advance of the party as possible.
Should supervising adults attend a child's party?
An adult must be present at every party. We also request that a parent be present for every child 3 years of age and younger. It is not necessary for all parents of party Guests above the age of 3 to be in attendance during the party.

Do you have a private party room in your store locations?
All parties take place on the sales floor during regular business hours. The party leader is specially trained to keep all Guests organi s ed and entertained throughout the party process.
May I serve refreshments my party Guests refreshments in your store?
We don't permit serving food or drink in our store locations. Some of our store locations may have relationships with food vendors in the local area . Ask your local store for details.
