Standard UK Delivery:
- Standard shipping for most UK destinations takes two working days and is delivered by UPS. For example: An order placed on Monday before 1.30pm will be delivered Wednesday before 7.30pm. An order placed on Monday after 1.30pm will be delivered Thursday before 7.30pm.
- Northern Ireland, Highland and Island standard shipping orders are sent using Royal Mail which has a 5-7 days lead time.
- UPS will attempt to deliver twice and requires a signature upon delivery.
- International addresses are shipped via UPS. Delivery averages 2-3 days in Europe. EU countries shipped to are: EIRE, France, Germany, Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium and Luxemburg.
Next Day UK Delivery:
- In order to receive your goods next working day, orders MUST be placed before 1.30pm Monday – Friday. For example: An order placed on Monday before 1.30pm will be delivered Tuesday before 7.30pm. An order placed on Monday after 1.30pm will be delivered Wednesday before 7.30pm.
- UPS will attempt to deliver twice and requires a signature upon delivery.
- Next day deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highland and Island locations has a 3-5 days lead time.
Standard EU Delivery:
International addresses are shipped via UPS. Delivery averages 2-3 days in Europe.

Clothing Only and Cub Cash® Gift Cards:
Clothing only (No furry friend) will be delivered by UPS, delivery times dependable on the shipping method chosen. Cub cash Gift Cards will be delivered by Royal Mail which has a 3-4 days lead time.
