The UK IT Operations Manager will manage a team of Service Desk Analysts/Systems Engineers providing design, implementation and support of the company’s software and hardware infrastructure in the UK. The role is a technical lead role where you will be expected to resolve issues and manage team members to ensure SLA’s and business objectives are met. This position must work closely with the Service Desk manager and US IT Operations manager to provide seamless service and support to the company. The Manager will also maintain strategic and tactical relationships with internal and external business partners in the UK. - Manage Engineering/Service Desk team

- Manage, support and develop the Network, Email and communication Systems. Manage Notebook and Desktop Engineering, and procure and manage IT assets and suppliers.

As Area Manager (Bearitory Leader) you will be accountable for the overall success of the stores within your geographic area. You will be responsible for directing and leading a team of dynamic individuals to achieve the company objectives in regards to WOW guest experiences, WOW associate experiences, and meeting sales and profitability goals set forth by the company. You will also hold managers accountable for their performance and development and that of their associates, and provide timely and consistent feedback and coaching. You will be directly responsible for establishing and maintaining superior professional standards in the areas of sales generation and growth, guest service, associate management and development, store operations, visual presentation, inventory management and cost/loss control within your bearitory. You will ensure a high level of visual presentation standards across all stores at all times in line with company expectations and maintain impeccable housekeeping and maintenance standards through store teams. The Chief Workshop Manager (CWM) is ultimatley responsible for all that occurs within the store including sales, guest experience, human resources and expense control, etc. The CWM will also function as a floor leader during shifts and will have designated responsibilities within the store, such as scheduling, stations, training, parties, etc. Conducts performance appraisals, performance conversations, recommendations for pay changes and conducts associate final interviews. Reports to Bearitory Leader. This is a Full Time / salaried position.

Assistant Workshop Manager (AWM) reports to the Chief Workshop Manager (CWM). AWM will have assigned responsibilities within the store such as training, parties and staffing, etc. They will function as floor leader during shifts at which time they are responsible for the operation of the entire store. Typically AWM's will have a minimum of two years prior supervisory experience. Full Time / Salaried position.

Associate Manager (ASM) reports to the Chief Workshop Manager (CWM) and is a part time/full time position ranging from 20 to 40 hours per week depending upon business need. This is considered an entry level supervisory position and is the first managerial position in store. The main function of this position is to learn to be a great floor leader. As those skills are developed, the ASM may begin to take on a designated responsibility within the store in preperation for their promotion to the position of Assistant Workshop Manager (AWM). Part Time / Full Time and Salaried position.
