I wanted to pass on my comments regarding two of your staff members that work in Uxbridge – Julie and Kat. I was in a huge hurry, and was ringing round stores in Uxbridge, to obtain a monkey. Julie answered the phone professionally, took all the necessary details, and was very helpful. As soon as I got to the store, all I had to do was select the heart etc, and choose a name. She even helped me look up how to spell it (as it was named after a character from a show). Her friendliness, professionalism and excellent customer service was second to none. Kat was also assisting Julie that day, and she was friendly and helpful too. Although Julie was primarily serving me, Kat remained attentive, and to see if Julie needed any help. This was my first experience with Build-a-bear, but will not be the last. Please pass on my thanks to Julie and Kat once again. Kind regards Kabir PS, the monkey was a huge success!
dear build-a-bear staff, Recently me and my sister visited the workshop in Covent Garden, London as a day trip out with our mum and uncle. As soon as we all walked in, we were greeted warmly by a woman and asked if we needed help. We walked over to the selection of skins, and picked our bear. Then we were looking a little lost and a kind lady came over to us and asked if we knew what to do next. We then stuffed our bears and done some wacky but enjoyable things, and made the bear promise. The staff were all cheerful, and willing to join in the wacky routines. The service was very kind and we enjoyed the experiance of making our own bears. Please pass on these compliments to the store. Hi I just wanted to say how much my daughter and her friends enjoyed her party. Soffi who was our party host was excellent, very helpful and she made the children feel at ease, especially my 3 year old daughter who is very shy. The children all loved there bears, and I thought the party was very well thought out and the ideas, lovely. The party was held at your Wimbledon store on 3/8/06 at 4pm. Many thanks. Mrs L B.

Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed our first visit to Build-a-Bear. The occassion was our twin daughters last day of their Reception Year at St Peter and St Paul's Church of England School in Yalding, Kent. We wanted a special way to commemorate the day, and how better to do so than with the arrival of new special friends. Rose Toes Fairy Princess and Rose Flower Fairy K.
Liz (in your Maidstone Branch) was a great help in the difficult selection process, and more importantly, made the whole experience a real event for Caitlin and Bryony and a great memory for all of us to treasure. Thank you so much, Kind regards, Laurie B.
Just a quick note to thank Victoria at the Maidstone branch for a fantastic birthday party on 2nd July. Harrite and all her friends had a great time and Victoria filled the party with fun and energy. She really deserves a medal!! Mnay thanks again and I do hope that this is passed on to her at the shop. Best reagrds Philippa and Harriet F.
On holiday in Norfolk we went in search of the Bear Factory in the Castle Mall Shopping Centre. Much to our dismay it was closed! Chatting to the people in the sports store next door they redirected us to your new store off St Stephens Street and it was wonderful!! The lady in the shop who served us said that it had only just opened the previous Saturday. It was a real treasure trove and we bought new outfits for our two bears Peter and Penelope but it was so tempting to buy loads!! The staff were wonderful and the smell of the lilies in the bouquet sent by the Head Office filled the shop. We agreed that the best bit of our day shopping in Norwich had to be the new Build-a-Bear Workshop and we will definately make a visit to the one in Nottingham in the not too distant future!
