Standard Shipping
For orders of gift cards or clothing, the delivery will be made by Royal Mail. Most orders containing a Furry Friend will be delivered by Parceline, which offers a standard (4-7 working days) and Next Day delivery option. In order to receive your goods next working day orders MUST be placed before 13:00 Monday – Friday. Next Day deliveries which are processed on Friday after 13:00 are delivered on Tuesday. All Northern Ireland deliveries will be made by Royal Mail. Parceline will attempt to deliver twice, and then hold the package in a local pick-up location for three days while they try to contact with the recipient. The Next Day service requires a signature upon delivery.
Cub Cash® Gift Cards
Cub Cash gift card orders are shipped by Royal Mail, free of charge, however if you add other products to your order then shipping will be charged at our standard rates of delivery.
International Shipping
International addresses are shipped via Parceline. Delivery averages 7-14 days in Europe.
